When a Lot Fails Inspection

A lot that fails your incoming inspection becomes the supplier’s problem, not yours. We take the retained sample and that lot’s COA back to the mill, file the claim under the rejection clause, and work a replacement lot in parallel so your line is not waiting on the argument.

What We Check Before a Lot Ships

We read the mill’s COA line by line against the agreed spec: trace metals reported as elements with the detection limit stated, the full particle-size distribution rather than D50 alone, and the Fe₂O₃-to-Fe conversion done. Independent third-party testing is arranged when it is agreed for the order, not on every lot.

Safety Stock, By Agreement

We do not hold standing stock in Korea. For a repeat item with a forecast, a consignment or safety-stock arrangement can be set up with the mill and a warehouse in Korea — volume, replenishment trigger and who owns the inventory written into the contract.
