How an enquiry runs
Send three things: the compound (a CAS number removes all ambiguity), the purity and form you need, and the end use. We then confirm the exact item, determine its export-control status under the applicable Chinese regime, and only then assess sourcing and quote — for several of these metals the control determination decides whether a quotation is meaningful at all. Where a licence applies, the application requires an end-user certificate, so the reply is only as firm as the end-use information behind it.
