SiC power modules on the 1200V HPD platform, for automotive and high-current power conversion. The whole module line is automotive-qualified — there is no industrial or consumer module grade to read into a spec. These are built to order, not held as standing stock: lead time is set when the order is placed, so bring the timeline into the enquiry alongside the electrical requirement. The HPD and Mini HPD packages trade footprint against current, and the choice follows your busbar and cooling design as much as the device rating.
Grades
| SKU | Grade | Typical | Application |
|---|---|---|---|
| NTS-MOD-1200H | 1200V HPD | Rds(on) 1.58–2.6 mΩ; automotive grade | Automotive and high-current power conversion |
| NTS-MOD-1200M | 1200V Mini HPD | Automotive grade | Space-constrained designs |
NTS-MOD-1200H — 1200V HPD
The full-size HPD module, Rds(on) 1.58 to 2.6 mΩ, for the highest-current legs. Because it is made to order, the on-resistance and configuration are fixed against your drawing before the build — confirm the target Rds(on) and terminal layout at the enquiry stage.
NTS-MOD-1200M — 1200V Mini HPD
The reduced-footprint variant for designs where board area, not peak current, is the limit. Same automotive qualification and built-to-order basis as the HPD; specify the space envelope and current profile and we match the module to it.
What we verify
- Whether the die comes from an in-house fab or a foundry, and if a foundry, which one and where packaging is done
- Reliability qualification grade and AEC-Q101 status
- Process change notification (PCN) policy and last-time-buy (LTB) window
- 8D handling — NTS works the failure directly with the manufacturer's quality department
