Paraffin wax grades separate on two numbers: melting point and oil content. Melting point selects the grade within a refinement class, but oil content separates the classes themselves — a fully refined wax at ≤0.5% oil behaves differently in a ceramic binder system than a semi-refined wax at ≤1.5% does in a waterproofing bath, and buying the cheaper class for the wrong job shows up as sticking, staining or burnout residue rather than as a COA line. We quote oil content alongside the melting range on every lot. Supply is in 25 kg slab bags at full-container (FCL) quantities.

NTS-PW-F58 — Fully refined, 56–58 °C
The low-oil grade (≤0.5%) for applications where the wax has to leave cleanly: binder systems for ceramic forming and other precision uses where residual oil would survive burnout or migrate where it should not.
NTS-PW-F60 — Fully refined, 58–60 °C
The general-purpose fully refined grade, one melting band up from F58. Choose it for fully refined cleanliness where the application sets the melting point at 58–60 °C rather than lower.
NTS-PW-S62 — Semi-refined, 60–64 °C
The economic class (oil ≤1.5%) for waterproofing, packaging coatings and mould-release work at the higher 60–64 °C band. Not a substitute for the fully refined grades in binder or precision service — the oil-content difference is the reason the two classes exist.
